– The 735-room, Hyatt Regency in Phoenix, Arizona (co-developer).
The project which defines the downtown Phoenix skyline includes spectacular panoramic views of the rotating Compass Arizona grill, as well as 45,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

– The 525-room, $84 million Sheraton at Fisherman’s Wharf,
San Francisco, California

– The 350-room Sheraton at St. John’s Place,
Jacksonville, Florida
