Job Requirements: This position requires a minimum 3 years experience on large projects (over $25 million) – multi-family, mixed-use preferred; degree in architecture, engineering, or construction. Candidate must be computer literate, have knowledge of SureTrak scheduling and excellent written and verbal skills.

This position will be at the construction site, reporting to the project superintendent and the project manager. Duties will involve the management of documents such as correspondence, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor submittals; taking and distributing meeting minutes; assisting superintendents in tracking subcontractor staffing, safety reporting and scheduling, plus assisting the project manager in the preparation and submission of monthly project reports.

The project engineer will also assist in the documentation of site inspections and visits by consultants, inspectors, and owner representatives, and in the evaluation of field conditions requiring contract changes.
