Terminal IV at Sky Harbor International Airport is the newest and the largest of the three terminals. As such, the four-story, 3,400 car garage tops out the structure, providing convenient parking for its traveling customers.

Chanen built two parking garages for the Talking Stick Resort. Each structure covered 189,405 sq. ft. gross structural area.

Each garage provides the resort with approximately 500 total parking spaces on three levels constructed of decorative precast panels with the Talking Stick Resort logo embedded along the length of the masonry sections.

Not a bare ground project, two additional floors of parking were added to an existing three story parking structure. Original parking space accommodated 1223 vehicles. The expansion added an additional 650 spaces, for a grand total of 1873 parking spaces. The original 375,000 sq. ft. structure grew by 200,000 sq. ft. for a total gross structural area of 575,000 sq. ft.

The project envolved reinforcing the existing foundation prior to layering two floors of parking on top of the existing structure. Also added was a stair tower and passenger elevator to facilitate people movement to the campus grounds.

This parking structure and central plant was built to accommodate the off-campus Multispecialty Clinic facility. It includes six-levels, 326,302 s.f., and 959-spaces.

With the expansion of the Companion Animal Clinic and Large Animal Facility, the need was created for additional parking. The new clinic parking structure consists of 333,970 s.f., four levels, and 787-vehicle parking capacity including 16 ambulatory van spaces.

The main structure is comprised of precast concrete panels for the walls and pre-stressed concrete double tees for the decks. A six-inch topping slab was poured over the double tees to provide the flooring.

Parking Garage “A” at 162,570 sq.ft., is a 4-level, 426-space parking facility built to facilitate growth as the Glendale Arizona campus rapidly expands its course offerings, accomodating an ever larger diverse student body.

Parking Garage "B" is a precast colored concrete parking structure designed to blend with the dominant theme of the campus. The first school garage is a 312,684 sq.ft., 4-level, 866-space parking facility providing quick access to nearby campus facilities for all university visitors.

Underground parking for the Univision / Chanel 33 Studios maintains the clean architectural look which won the Swaback Partners' designed and Chanen built campus many peer-based awards.

A single entrance / exit provides hidden, below grade level parking with approximately 220 spaces for as many automobiles. Elevators assist those requiring a mechanized lift to the ground level studio campus.
