White Sulphur
Springs School

Project
Highlights

Logistics were a challenge for this project — three phases of construction around an active school. Phase one was the construction of an entirely new wing of classrooms, restrooms, and library. We were able to provide an on-site tour for the whole student body, giving the students an inside-look into the world of construction. Once they had moved into the new wing over Christmas break, phases two and three included demolition of several older buildings, as well as construction of a new administration wing to tie the school together. Budgets were tight for the entirety of the project, meaning savvy value engineering was an absolute necessity.
