Seven decades

Homegrown in Arizona, Chanen Construction is a proud multi-generational family business. Started by Herman Chanen in 1955, within a few years the company was building airport terminals and high rises—including Arizona’s first high-rise office building. Over the past seven decades we’ve built strong relationships with clients in Arizona, California, Illinois, Nevada, Utah, Texas, North Carolina, and beyond.

Now we’re approaching a new era of growth as a Dick Anderson Construction company.
