Priced at $42 million, the 350,000 SF Villagio Project is the largest affordable housing project in Montana history. The project’s two five-story buildings, will have a total of 200 apartment units as well as underground parking. After starting construction in late May, crews will pour out the first building’s post-tensioned slab by the end of September, rolling right over into completing the second building ‘s PT slab by the end of November. Framing will start in the month of October and both buildings will be dried-in by early May of 2022. The Team is off to a great start and is looking forward to maintaining momentum as the project progresses.
