Seeley
Building

Project
Highlights

When the city of Helena decided to sell the downtown bus depot, the Seeley group outbid a series of other private developers to make the purchase, with plans of developing a new structure. DAC has been brought on to lead construction for the new multi-use building, consisting of a lower parking level, two floors of commercial use, and one final floor of seven affordable residential condo units. The final product will feature plenty of impressive views of Helena landmarks, from the Cathedral, to the Civic Center, to the Sleeping Giant. Planning started in October of 2019, with a later groundbreaking ceremony in July of 2020 and a planned competition in November of 2021.
