Highlights

DAC led GC/CM for the building of Placer Motors’ new service center, starting with foundation and through the entirety of the project. The result is a full metal building, complete with an office space up front, a mechanical mezzanine, and a large shop space with equipment lifts, trench drains, and exposed mechanical and electrical systems. The office space is finished with high-end tilework, fireplace, and a large glass curtain wall.
