Highlights

As a joint venture with Brasfield and Gorrie from Birmingham, Alabama, The Great Falls Clinic Hospital project consisted of constructing this two level hospital with 19 in-patient beds, emergency center, three operating rooms, and administrative space. Dick Anderson Construction self-performed the concrete, structural metal framing, interior metal framing, doors and hardware, and division 10 items. Through proactive construction management, we were able to establish an early GMP and fast track things toward completion.
