Chanen Construction
This luxurious 26-story, 735-key hotel with a 360-degree revolving restaurant on the roof is set in the heart of the Phoenix Cultural Center and is a well-known icon of the city’s downtown skyline. Chanen served as general contractor and co-developer on this landmark project.
The facility includes 27,000 s.f. of meeting rooms, a 10,168 s.f. ballroom, a nine-story section containing an eight-story atrium, a four-story part including a pool and garden, and a 21-story tower.
