Chanen Construction
Chanen built the $450M, 497-key, 15-story hotel/spa/convention center with a 240,000 s.f. gaming floor, a 750-seat showroom, a 13,000 s.f. spa and a 100,000 s.f. conference center. Additional amenities include 8-restaurants, 10-lounges, two multi-level parking garages, retail shops and many pools and water features.
A portion of the project was completed 3-months ahead of schedule and was able to open early as a result, while the remainder of the project was completed on-time and Chanen returned funds from the project budget back to the Community.
We constructed two three-story parking structures at the Talking Stick Resort, totaling 189,405 SF. Each garage provides approximately 500 parking spaces.
